At Flying #1 Squirrel LLC (including our “FS Wheys” product line of protein and health supplements), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a particular product of ours that was purchased by one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund, store credit, or replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States. Flying #1 Squirrel LLC reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee and/or Refund requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Flying #1 Squirrel LLC may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
If Flying #1 Squirrel LLC reasonably determines, in its sole discretion, that any product customer and/or user of this website utilizes the Return Policy in bad faith (e.g., including but not limited to: frequent refund requests, refund requests for questionable volumes of purchases, refund requests for commercial purposes, fraudulent purposes, or other purposes not related to the quality of or satisfaction with the product), Flying #1 Squirrel LLC may revoke some or all of such user’s rights, and/or may disregard some or all obligations under the Guarantee and/or Return Policy.
To submit a request, please contact us at Support@FSWheys.com and have the proper information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, and photos of your product and/or its packaging. Upon our Refund Approval process and after receiving a Refund Approval email from us, which will include the proper return instructions, you can mail your product to the address provided below.
You must submit your request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs of the return shipment of your product and the proof of purchase. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited that cost of shipping when we receive your return.
This policy is limited to one bag/container of the same product within a 12-month time frame.
